Lisa Glasser uses an integrated approach to care that focuses on tools for immediate symptom relief, while also incorporating a long term plan of addressing the root cause of mental health symptoms.
Mental Health Therapy Techniques
By approaching both immediate and long term causes of symptoms as well as goal oriented solutions, lasting results can be found. Lisa uses Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) in her counseling practice. Acupuncture can also be used in conjunction to allow greater nervous system regulation and stress reduction.
