Getting started with The Movement
Your training program begins with a Mobility Assessment and Functional Movement Screen, which allows our practitioners to evaluate your joint range of motion and physical movement patterns. Once we understand your strengths and limitations, we can individualize your training plan with personalized exercises, in order to optimize movement and meet your physical goals.
