Approach

Hi I’m Sam, a licensed massage therapist, dedicated to integrative healthcare and the use of bodywork. I was born and raised in Eugene and grew up playing soccer, often in the trainer’s room, so my dedication to recovery is based on athletic training and an understanding of the vital role mobility, strength, and overall well-being play in our lives. Often I find that clients not only want to ease tension and discomfort, but to also be able to do the things that bring you joy.

I’m excited to use modalities and can blend in principles of cupping, breathing and stretching in a safe space to aid in your recovery. My pressure is firm and steady, allowing your nervous system to feel supported while tense muscles melt away. 

I look forward to working with you to develop strategies that allow you to fully jump back into your life!
