- Our providers are not credentialed with Medicare.
- We are not currently accepting New Patients with American Specialty Health Insurance through Providence for Acupuncture, Massage, or Physical Therapy
- We are not accepting new patients with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Dual Insurance.
- We are not accepting New Patients with OHP Open Card.
For all other companies, we can issue a medical receipt for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
