Introduction!

Hi here! My name is CJ. I recently joined the team at Well Balanced Center for Integrated Care as a Movement and Strength Specialist and wanted to introduce myself.

As a strength and mobility coach, I seek to create experiences that empower and prioritize longevity. A class or session with me will combine principles from multiple perspectives, including strength training, Postural alignment, and Functional Range Conditioning. Giving you tools to stay active, feel strong, and move without pain are my top priorities. We’ll talk a lot about staying connected to your body and paying attention to the signals it gives you.

The best type of movement is the type that brings you joy and helps you grow! If we work together, know that I will do everything possible to kindly help you on your journey.

I look forward to meeting you in person!

All the best,

CJ
