Hello Well Balanced Family!
As you know 90,000 people who have OHP will be moving from Pacific Source to Trillium February 1, 2026.
This post serves as your notice that unfortunately Trillium has denied our initial application, stating the panel is full, even though there are only 3 Chiropractic offices and 10 Acupuncturists credentialed in Eugene.
In an effort to express to Trillium the gravity of what this would mean for our community, there are several ways in which you can help.
Please reach out to Trillium and advocate on your behalf: https://www.trilliumohp.com/contact-us.html. You can call or complete the online form with a similar message: ” I am one of 300 patients at Well Balanced, NPI 1245500586, who will lose care if they are not allowed to be participating providers. There are only 7 chiropractors and 10 acupuncturists within 25 miles and they all have a waiting list. In order to continue the high level of care they provide, please consider them for network participation”.
If Trillium continues to deny our application to become a participating provider you have 2 options:

1. You can ask to be moved to an Open Card, which we are already contracted with. This assures you have your full benefits that you had with Pacific Source, to use at our clinic. They will ask you the reason for wanting an Open Card, and you can state your health concerns and that your providers were denied network participation with Trillium.

OR

2. We can file for authorization with Trillium. With this option there is no guarantee of how many visits you will be approved for, if any.
